Free Tax Preparation Assistance

MacDill Family Resource Center in Brandon has begun preparing tax returns for our families. This service is provided free of charge for all military ID cardholders.

Our tax volunteers are donating their time to share their knowledge and expertise, and have all been certified through the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.

Appointments will be available Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturday times available. Feb 20th we will offer regular Saturday appointments.

Appointments are required, and can be made by calling 655-9281. We ask that you call only when you have received all of your documents and are ready for your appointment.

CHILD ABDUCTION PREVENTION CLASS!

Escape School is a nationally recognized Child Abduction Prevention Program for elementary school aged children and their parents. This hour long program is designed empower children to make the right decisions to avoid or escape potentially dangerous situations.

The MacDill Family Resource Center has arranged for this class to be taught to our military families.
